Big and Little Program
Run by Grand Vice President Theodora, the Big and Little program will allow sisters to individually participate in a one-to-one mentorship program. Sisters will take a quiz and then be paired with a Big, someone in good standing for 2+ years, or matched with a Little, someone in good standing for less than 2 years. Big and Littles will then be challenged to participate in activities throughout the year as a pair and strengthen their bond as sisters. Sisters who already have a pairing from last years program, will have the opportunity to grow their family.
